What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you fill in a contact form on the website, you must check the Privacy box ensuring that you agree to us storing the required information in order to effectively deal with enquiries.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Our Analytics solution also creates Cookies. However, these are anonymised and are used to improve the user experience.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
Some data will be passed through PayPal as this is the payment provider used on the site. This includes: Your Name, Email Address, Address, Contact Number and any details you enter in PayPal’s payment gateway.
This is the same for WorldPay as we also use them as a payment provider.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, have entered their details into a contact form, or have ordered something from our website. We keep this data indefinitely unless we are informed by the person that they no longer wish for their data to be stored on this site. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How we protect your data
Our server is secured by a firewall and is routinely scanned for malware to protect the website from brute force attacks and any malicious attacks from outside parties. Our site is equipt with an SSL using TLS 1.2 to ensure all communications with the site are encrypted with a strong algorithm to prevent snooping.
We use Google Ads enhanced conversions to track conversions on our website. This means that we collect some information about your visit to our website, such as the pages you visited and the actions you took. This information is hashed to protect your privacy.
We use this information to improve our website and our advertising campaigns. We do not share this information with anyone else.
